New low cost private dental practice, Zebra Dental at Bertrum Chambers on Ellerthwaithe Square in Windermere celebrated their grand opening, on Saturday 19 July which was officially opened by Alan Hinkes OBE, the first (& only) Briton to climb all the world’s highest mountains.  

Ben Wild, Partner said, “the official opening of Zebra Dental went extremely well with excellent support from business colleagues, friends and local residents. Alan Hinkes spoke enthusiastically and demonstrated the heights we wish to achieve providing quality affordable dental care by scaling the outside wall to the amusement of passers by!”

Lead dentist, Ollie Hutchinson, a keen mountaineer said, “To mark the special occasion Zebra Dental will be donating £1.50 for every person signing up to our Membership Plan for the next 2 months to Cumbria Mountain Rescue as our chosen charity.


“I am proud to be part of such an exiting new venture. We aspire to provide a wide range of affordable dental care to the local population with a gentle caring attitude central to our efforts. We think many people will be pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing for the quality service we will provide”
